DELIVERIES IN FINLAND

Posti

Pick-up from your selected Posti service point or Posti parcel locker –  €5.50
Posti home delivery – €11.90

You will receive an electronic arrival notification from Posti when the shipment is ready for collection. This requires that your phone number and email address have been provided correctly.

Budbee

Pick-up from your selected Budbee locker – €5.90
Budbee home delivery – €8.90

You will receive an electronic arrival notification from Budbee when the shipment is ready for collection. This requires that your phone number and email address have been provided correctly.

 

Mainio Clothing Oy is not responsible for incorrect delivery details (name, delivery address, postal code, phone number, email address). The customer is always responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

 

DELIVERIES WORLD WIDE

We deliver international orders in partnership with Budbee, GLS or FEDEX.

The estimated delivery time to the Nordic countries is 3–7 working days, other EU countries 3–10 working days, and the rest of the world 2–18 working days. The package will be delivered to a local parcel office or in some countries the package will be delivered directly to you.

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will get an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing the order.

Your order will be dispatched within 1–4 working days after placing the order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

All orders are shipped in a single delivery, if possible. If a product you order is temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which have to be paid before you receive the goods. Mainio can’t control this and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.

 

BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT

The seller is responsible for the products during transport, e.g. if the product is lost or damaged. This is why it is recommended to check the package condition and check for any damage when the shipment is collected. If an item is damaged during transportation, please make a claim immediately to the post office. Please also contact us, so that we can agree on a new delivery of the product.

 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES OR RETURNED GOODS

Shipping costs for uncollected packages or returned goods will not be paid by Mainio.
