RECYCLE AND TURN YOUR USED MAINIO PRODUCTS INTO GIFT CARDS
We want to make recycling as easy as possible for you! Send your used Mainio products to Ninyes, Ninyes will buy them in exchange for a gift card and find them a new home!
Ninyes pays you either 80% or 60% of each product approved for sale based on estimated second-hand selling price.
The refund you receive is based on the second-hand selling price of the used product. Nineyes pays you as follows:
- second hand sale price is 10–80€, we pay 60% refund
- second hand sales price is over €80, we will pay an 80% refund for the portion exceeding €80
The refund will be paid as a gift card, which you will receive two weeks after you have sent your recyclable products to us. A handling fee of €2.80/product and shipping costs will be reduced from the amount of gift card.
The gift card is valid for six months from the date of issue.

Our recycling partner is Finnish Ninyes , which is Northern Europe's first and only marketplace for used, responsibly produced clothing. You can find the best used Mainio products in Ninyes' online store.
EASY AND FAST
1. Fill out and submit the recycling form .
2. Pack the clothes you want to sell, add a note with your name, number and email address inside the package. See detailed mailing instructions below.
3. Once Ninyes has received and processed your clothes, you will receive a refund for the clothes in your email. Once you have accepted the refund, you will receive a gift card in your email.
For each product accepted for sale, Ninyes will pay you either 60% (for products with a value of 10-80€) or if the second-hand sale price is over 80€, Ninyes will pay you an 80% refund for the portion exceeding 80€. The refund will be paid in the form of a gift card. You will receive the gift card approximately two weeks after you have sent your recyclable clothing to Ninyes. The gift card is valid for three months from the date of issue.

WHAT CAN I RECYCLE?
YES, PLEASE:
All adult and children's clothing and accessories from our Mainio collections, as well as household linen. The products must be in good condition, intact and clean, neat and saleable. The expected selling price must be at least 10€.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
Dirty, stained or broken, greyed, faded or discoloured, copy products or products that have already been used up. Products must not contain animal hair or strong odours. Model pieces or quality II with the Mainio brand cut in half. We do not accept hygiene products or small accessories.
WHY?
So that used Mainiots can be used by children for as long as possible and so that recycling them is as easy, safe and useful as possible for you. The longer an individual garment is used, the smaller its overall impact on nature. By recycling, we can reduce the carbon footprint of clothing.
Mainio clothes are made with care. We want them to have a long and happy life, passed down from sibling to sibling, cousin to cousin, and friend to friend. Mainio clothes are meant for life and play, so give them a spin!
