Refund policy

 

If our products do not meet your expectations or you have any feedback regarding the products or delivery, please contact us via email at info@mainioclothing.com.

We offer a 14-day withdrawal period, during which you can cancel your order without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the goods. To ensure your return is accepted, the items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Please note that simply not picking up the package is not considered a cancellation. If a package is left uncollected and returned to us as unclaimed, a shipping and handling fee will be charged.

 

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE FINLAND

Before returning your order, please contact us at info@mainioclothing.com via email. Include your name, order number, and details of the items you wish to return in your return notification email. Once we receive your message, we will provide return instructions by email.

ORDERS DELIVERED BY GLS OR FEDEX

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment to our warehouse, and you are free to choose the shipping carrier of your preference. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking.

If part of an order is returned, and the remaining amount in the shopping cart falls below the free delivery threshold, we will deduct the shipping cost of the original order from the refund.

When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. 

 

ORDERS DELIVERED BY BUDBEE (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Netherland, Belgium)

Orders delivered by Budbee can be returned only by Budbee. If you wish to return products, you can book a return using the same tracking link or the Budbee app. You don't need to worry about return labels or forms, as the Budbee driver will have your return details.

Please make sure that you follow our return policy. We will deduct 5,50€ / Finland and 9,90€ / EU return cost to cover the expenses affected to us by the return.

If part of an order is returned, and the remaining amount in the shopping cart falls below the free delivery threshold, we will also deduct the shipping cost of the original order. from the refund.

When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. 

 

RETURNS WITHIN FINLAND

Returning products must always be notified to us in writing by email to info@mainioclothing.com.

We charge a return shipping fee of 5.50€ per shipment in Finland.

If part of an order is returned, and the remaining amount in the shopping cart falls below the free delivery threshold, we will deduct €11.00 from the refund. This includes the original delivery cost (€5.50) and the return cost (€5.50)

Not picking up the package is not enough to cancel the order. If a package is left uncollected and Posti/Budbee returns it as unclaimed, we will charge a 15€ shipping and handling fee.

When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. 

 

ORDERS DELIVERED BY POSTI (in Finland)

Orders delivered by Posti can be returned only by Posti. Products are returned with a customer return code to the address:

There is no need to pay for postage, the package will be sent using our contract code. Return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipments picked up from a parcel machine can be returned via the parcel machine as a customer return using the original code.
